1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

As a new Trust-Built customer, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your Date of Purchase, which is the day you pay your one-time Setup Fee to begin building your website. No questions asked.

2. Business Info Requirement

To build your site, we need you to complete a brief business questionnaire. You can still request a refund during the 30-day window whether or not you’ve completed the questionnaire or received your website.

3. No Refunds After 30 Days

Outside of the 30-day window, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not you’ve completed the questionnaire. Not submitting the questionnaire does not extend your refund period.

4. Delayed Delivery Extension

If we take more than 7 days to deliver your website after you’ve submitted the questionnaire, we’ll extend your refund window to match the delay.

Example: If your website is delivered 8 days after submission, your refund window becomes 31 days.

5. Domain Name Costs

If you’ve selected a custom domain name as part of your purchase, the cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund. If no domain was selected, your full subscription and setup fees will be refunded.
