2. Services Provided

Trust-Built provides custom-built websites for small businesses. Website creation is offered at no upfront cost. To keep your website active and accessible online, a $97/month subscription is required. This subscription covers hosting, ongoing support, and technical maintenance.

3. Subscription Model

There is no setup fee to build your site. However, your site will not go live until your first $97 monthly subscription payment is received. This payment starts your subscription and billing cycle. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, once canceled:

Your website will be taken offline immediately. You will lose access to any ongoing hosting, updates, or edits unless otherwise agreed. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first subscription payment. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to complete the business questionnaire and provide necessary content (such as logos, images, or business info) in a timely manner. We cannot begin or complete your site without this information.

7. Ownership and Access

Your website content belongs to you. However, hosting and technical infrastructure remain under Trust-Built’s management during the active subscription. If you cancel and wish to migrate your site elsewhere, we can provide a static version of your site upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any materials you provide. Trust-Built reserves the right to use completed websites in our portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trust-Built is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use your website, including business loss or technical downtime beyond our control.

10. Termination Rights

Trust-Built reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if payments are not made on time or if your site violates our acceptable use policy (e.g., illegal or harmful content).

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
